Can someone help me out with this, if possible?

The Marti report for my CS, shows exterior colour Seafoam Green (Code O) and the interior as Ivy Gold standard (Code 2G).

When it comes to painting the interior, what gets painted Seafoam Green and what gets painted Ivy Gold? Unfortunately, someone in the past swapped the entire interior out for a black 67 interior, including black paint throughout. I have all of my upholstery etc in Ivy Gold, so its really only the metal surfaces that require painting that has me confused.

I have seafoam green on the parcel tray area at the rear window, door jambs and the interior side of the doors. I cannot find Ivy Gold anywhere. Even my steering column was swapped out for a black one!

What is the correct paint scheme?

I think you have all the sea foam green areas right except all the grained areas on the door should be Lt Ivy Gold metallic #9266LH. Everything that is painted in a coupe should be that color except the metal trim pieces that hold the dash pad down and the match the dash pad. You could take a little laquer thinner and a rag and remove the black to reveal the color under it. Marty

If you get stuck just remember that any metal you can see and touch from inside the car should be Ivy Gold, except as Marty noted, the dash/windshield trim piece.

Be interested in pics of your interior, once you figure it out. Looking into the exact same color scheme for a project I am looking into.... seen many variations on the "Ivy Gold" 68 interior...

I'll be keeping my gallery up to date with progress. Should be ready for paint in January 2011.

pics of an unmolested 68 coupe interior

These are pics of an un-molested 68 coupe, Lime Gold with Ivy Gold interior. The dash pads in all the Ivy Gold interior cars I have seen have been Dark Green, and the carpet is also dark green. Hope this helps some.
