After a two day flog it is finally running!! Runs good, but has not been driven yet. Brand-new MSD distributor has bad bearing in the bottom half. Made a bunch of noise, so it is running on the stock distributor. Has a couple temporary connections to the exhaust so it is a bit loud. 10degrees initial and it started right up on Joe’s carb from his car. Joe has been very helpful!!

Need to get a new distributor as it is the heart of tuning this thing. The fun starts then to dial it in!

Check out the you tube!!

Ron Morris Performance adjustable motor mounts. Very solid and from the looks, unbreakable!! Joe had them on his car!

Lots of fun!!

New "dis-tur-bi-tor" is on the way from Sumitt Racing. Hope to get exhaust hooked up this week!

Getting ready to cut the hole in the hood and mount the scoop!! Then I will order in the right heigth K/N aircleaner with the aircleaner lid.

I see a date in the near future at Blood Enterprises in Auburn to dyno it in. Will wait until I install the water methanol injection as it will allow much more advance and power. Of course water methanol plate adds another inch higher to the carb.

Bigger scoop!!! Can anyone say Boss 429 scoop? Bigger is better!

As old Carroll Shelby always says "Too much is just about right". I think your car fits that description. Great job!

Just delivered it to the exhaust shop to hook up headers permanently. Running very good, but still on stock distributor. Very responsive!! Although I was just babying it as it was my first drive.

Robert what size exhaust are you using on your car? I have 2.5" on mine but I'm not running anything near the power of what you have. Mines a meager 300 ponies.
I've got the x-pipe and flowmaster 40 series. It sounds pretty good running down the road.

I have the same as you with new long tube headers. Exhaust size these days is more about "sound" than "need" in my opinion. 2 and 1/2 diameter is very cabable of a lot of hp on the street. If your at the track....... Un-cork-um!!!
