Seems to be priced a tad bit too much?
Might be just me, the recent white GT/CS on bring a trailer that did not sell at $29.5k. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1968-ford-mustang-338/
Similar cars, both have been modified during the "restoration".
This lime gold car was born a 289-2V and 3 speed stick. It now is a 302-2V with 4 speed stick. Hopefully it has a correct toploader. Looks like aftermarket front disc brakes were installed. Did they reuse the 20 inch radiator from the pictures that Arlie posted in 2022?
A 24 inch radiator would have been correct with factory air conditioning. It does have the replica in-dash Mustang A/C system available from the aftermarket. I like that system, but they really need to update the kit with the center dash vent from Desert Classic Parts, in Cave Creek, AZ.
GLWTS.

I watched the video and heard something scraping/hitting.

Looks like the reverse lights are always on when the car is placed in gear.
