Last Saturday Tari and I went to Lee's Summit MO. to R-A Motersports to work on Mary Jean Wesche's Mystical Build Mustang. Mary Jean is the editor of the MCA's Mustang Times. The details of this project can be found at www.mysticalbuild.org.
The frist pictures I posted was what it looked like when we arrived. It blowes my mind to know that it was not even painted two days before. We worked till 2AM Sunday then got a early start and worked till 5:30 PM. On our way home Jeff Yergovich called to say it was off the cart and on it's wheels. Our goal was met. He called me Thursday with a update. It was running and driving and would be driven into the trailer to head to Las Vegas NV for the SEMA show. Dynacorn donated the body and offer a spot in there booth to display it.
It went from a unpainted shell to a drivable car in 1 week, WOW! It was a lot of hard work but was real neat to be part of this cool gift to the American Cancer Society.
While we were in Lee's Summit we went to the Ford Fest and I ran in to Paul Stevenson with his beautiful Cobra. I can tell you it is every bit as nice in person as it looks in the pictures. Marty
