Here is my opening question, on my 1 of 1 GTCS , who manufacture tires offered in a 695 x 14" -4 Ply Rated Black sidewall OEM tire...

Welcome to the site Duke.

In 1968 Ford was using mostly Goodyear tires. Kelsey Tires has many of the original sizes reproduced.
