1968 Surface rust on gas tank

So I have some surface rust on my fuel tank that's really starting to irritate me. The tank is only 3 or 4 years old, so I don't think I should replace it. Anyone painting their tank? What paint are you using? Thanks for input!

Scuff off the surface rust, clean, paint. Color options are Argent, Dull Aluminum, etc.
