I'm contemplating a suspension upgrade when I do my Black CS:
1" Shelby drop, Bilstein shocks, heavy swaybar, export brace, rear springs.
What shock P/N is recommended for fronts & rear?

Exactly what I did. I use hydraulic shocks. From what I've read (I don't have them) Eaton is the place to buy the rear springs:
Couple of other things I'd recommend...
(1) Roller perches (Opentracker) on the front
(2) Progressive rate springs (but stock height) on the front

I made these changes at the same time and it made the handling perceptively better. Unfortunately, I don't know which made the bigger difference but I'm thinking it was mostly the roller perches.

Also, some other structural changes that I'd recommend that make the ride "tight":
(1) Metal divider behind the back seat (cheap *and* easy )
(2) Subframe connectors
