I don't think so. I've never seen them do it, although I don't get to downtown much on the weekends.
They do have the longest running continuous car show up near me. It's every single Sat night, regardless of weather, and has been going for 20 yrs. 300-400+ cars, trucks and motorcycles are pretty much guaranteed each week.
