An argument has been successfully made that information seen in the public domain can be used. A picture of a house from the street can be used (or a car in the parking lot) because it was put into the public domain. It gets tricky when the public domain data is compiled from the same source. It is still just a matter of risk. If the licensor of that data asks for their data (or picture) to be removed, then it is probably of courtesy that we do so. Any further would be up to lawyers.

I am sorta at the end of my knowledge of this area, so any further is up to the members of the site - seems like worse case would be if we were asked to take the info off the site. Maybe Kevin hasn't asked the other site, or is not aware of it....
