I think Python suffers the same issues as StangersSite for Power Steering items.
A guy loves the cars/work, finds a niche, and does fantastic work. Word gets out and the backlog grows.... then the dilemma... keep the quality up, and costs down by staying a small shop, or expand as then risk the issues of hiring millennials to do 60's style work... most want to start at 6 figures, do "consulting" and techie stuff (make an app) not learn to chrome plate, do hand work, or machine to the standard of the 60s mass production! (which sadly, is gone... planned obsolescence and people buying on lowest price has taken care of that!

)
I think both took the "I'll do it" route and then suffer the results of the fact that things take time and a one man business is hard to run... have not used either in a couple years, but always had good results with both.
It will be sad day when more and more shops like theirs go away...
