They seem to have used a number of Ford parts. The starter solenoid is definitely Ford.

Not right away. I'm going to just clean up the blue paint as best I can for now. We'll see how everything goes. I do like the pale yellow, though. And with these cars the engine compartment is body color, so whoever painted the car blue painted EVERYTHING blue with overspray.

Here's the hearse. It runs and drives. The owner uses it for Halloween.

I decided to get a little out of my comfort zone and bought this 1960 Studebaker Hawk for $5,000 as a winter project. It has a Studebaker 289 with three-on-the tree and probably 3.31 gears. Original color is pale yellow. That's a '66 Cadillac Hearse next to it.
