Check the bulbs and sockets associated with the left turn signal: front bulb, hood bulb, dash bulb, rear bulbs. You may have a corroded bulb/socket shorting out to the body.

There are a lot of GT/CS cars that have been on the market for a long time and still haven't sold. I think the pricing was perfect for that car.
