1968 Help! Pictures of 68 GT/CS tail light wiring needed!

If you feel under the lip of the trunk opening, you should find some little bent over tabs that will hold the wiring right under the lip side to side across the back of the car inside the trunk.. As you get to the driver side you can also find the same little tabs along the left trunk opening...

Boy are we (you) zeroing in on many of the complications if not all! Thanks for your research. I had no idea that Robb MC had this! I was more than happy with the quality of the sending unit I purchased! Rob

    For Sale C4 Trans

Where are you sourcing the AOD from. Lentech is the best by far. Even if you get a stock AOD, buy the Lentech valve body that makes it shift like a C4 and lets you turn the overdrive off and on. I had the strip terminator valve body in my GNS. It increases the life of the AOD and enhances...

    . Triple "B's" Garage

New bullet for my friends son's 1967 4 speed Fairlane hard top. New 289 short block topped with Edelbrock "E" Street aluminum heads. These heads will support up to .550 lift and come with either 2.02 or 1.90 diameter intake valves. At $928 dollars for the pair it almost negates rebuilding...

    . !969 California Special??

Joker, I am a modified guy myself and you created a very cool ride. I converted a 67 coupe into a sporty driver by putting on the side scoops, a Mach 1 hood scoop, the GT/CS rear deck lid and end caps, and a Maier Racing front air dam/valance. Silver color and I did apply black GT/CS side...

    1968 Shelby 1" drop

I knew there would be thoughts on this!! For me, my goal is from point a to b in a straight line!! Heck, I don't even worry much about the brakes. A good conditioned 60's era power disc is all I need!! I find the massive and expensive brake systems they sell today a bunch of hooey, unless...

    1968 Shelby 1" drop

Dad, I almost did that to Val's Fastback. In fact the I drilled the holes for it. From what I have read over the years is it is a great mod if you are seriously roundy round racing. The downside is it is harder on the tires and kinda scrubs the outside edges down as the tire wears. IMO, it...

1968 Thoughts on a recently introduced EFI system

All, Great article on a FiTech install on an old Chevy Truck. Kinda gives you a great picture of its capability and how easy it is to tune. And to think it replaced a 1 barrel carb and could still self tune itself for this application. Of note this installation does not use the FiTech fuel...

    For Sale Aqua J-Code

It certainly is an HCS none the less. The mods more than likely came early in its life to doll it up a bit. Someone must have liked the look of the GT/CS script and added it during a paint job. Looks like a nice car from the pics! Rob
