Does the sound not work, or does it just not change tracks? Long ago, I used to work on 8 track players. (back in the day when "Hey Jude" and "Houses of the Holy" were popular - I think one of the last 8 tracks I bought was "Beast of Burden" before switching to casette). Casey

Of course this sunlit gold GT/CS caught my eye. I like the chrome air cleaner lid. How can one have 75% original paint? What I am really intrigued by is the chrome trim at the bottom inside of the doors. I havent seen this before. Anyone know what it is? Casey...

Using PAM spray is a new one for me :grin: As for the dings in the fins - what do you do - use a normal black spray paint? Those fins ding very easily, even with a vacuum nozel. Thanks for any advice - I am glad I am not alone! Casey

I want my engine compartment to look clean. The front of the radiator, where many people look when I am at car shows, has dings to the fins, bugs, and who knows what stuck in there. Each time I clean it, of course the stuff returns once driven again. What is the best way to clean...

About 3 months ago I increased the coverage on my GT/CS (nothing special - just one of many C codes) with Haggerty. They said they could up it to $35,000, no appraisals....just did it over the phone. Casey

We have had parts of these discussions before. For example, on my 289 there are no VIN markings on the back of the block, but I know it is original. Jeff, I presume that judging rules are only looking for the casting dates anyway (this applies to block and heads)? Thx, Casey
