Final License Frames - GTCS & HCS

As a note, if you double click on the picture I inserted in my previous post, the picture enlarges. I know it is hard to see what the GTCS frame looks like in a thumbnail picture. Also, the proof pictures of the GTCS frame are at the beginning of this thread. I have been receiving many...

    GT/CS Mania Continues ...

I have had the same problem with my rocker panels. The plastic clips dont hold well. (On the other hand, my 66 mustang uses metal clips and they actually hold too well - causing some warping of the rocker panel). I have riveted new plastic ones on one side of the GTCS, and it is a little...

    1988 Registry Guide on eBay

Maybe they meant the convenience group option, which were lights for seat belt, low gas, door ajar etc. With a console they were mounted on either side of the door on the console. Casey

GT/CS and Paul Newitt mentioned in Green Hornet article

$1mill at auction for the Green Hornet. BJ auctioned off the hemi cuda convertible (one of 14) just like the one in the article for $2m. There is only one Green Hornet, and enough Sheby lovers with big money to pay that much for it. Casey

Any opinions on the value of my GT/CS

I would guess $25k. It is all a matter of how much you want to pay the insurance company, and if they believe the car is worth the amount insured. I insured mine for $15k a few years back. But I should up it to $25k now. Mine is a plain 289 as well. Casey

Need Questions for a Milpitas Ford Worker Interview

Chrome styled wheels and painted styled wheels: The GT option came with painted styled wheels. I have several original Mustang documents saying this and showing pictures of it on a GT. I have an original 68 Mustang Fact Book and it lists the chrome styled steel wheels available with any v8...

Need Questions for a Milpitas Ford Worker Interview

I am mostly interested in the processes used. 1. Were they built on the same line? Were they built in batches? How, or what, determined when the batch was over? Was there a special team formed for the unique changes? 2. What training or manuals were they given to make these fairly...

2007 GT/CS Info Posted on Mustang Source

I think the tail lights Paul may be referring to are in Arlies picture, which is Shelby. I havent seen pictures of the GT/CS tail lights yet. The pictures I have show a wing, and not a ducktail. I would much prefer a ducktail like in the Shelby pictures below. Casey

CS in Barrett Jackson sold for 49,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As they say on Everybody Loves Raymond, "Holy Crap"! Are the other cars being sold inflated? Or are we finally getting noticed for our rarity? (in other words, are there a bunch of "fat wallets" at BJ right now?) Casey
