Help I got a ticket
Wearing seat belts is mandatory (27315 CVC). As a driver you can be stopped and cited if you and/or your passengers aren't wearing a seat belt. There doesn't have to be another violation associated with this for the officer to stop you (prior to 1993), there did have to be another violation, but...- CJ
