    Old Car Brochures

Hi Amy, There is no CS brochure on that site. Which brochure with Donna and her CS? The brochures are available as reprints or original. Reprints run about $10 plus shipping and NPD and other suppliers carry them. Original's run around $30 if I recall. I don't remember what I paid for...

    1968 Old advertisements?

I don't know if there were any magazine ads but there were a number of newspaper ads and the original brochures. The brochures are available as originals or reprints - usually can find them on eBay pretty regularly. The newspaper ads are available through a number of sources as reprints or...

1968 Rear LEDS - Wide or Narrow?

Thanks Rob! The narrow aren't too bad. I would be interested to compare with the wide though. How much do the buckets really help as far as reflection with the LEDs? Is it comparable to the incandescent? I would think the buckets have less of an impact on the LEDs but I'm just guessing.

1968 Rear LEDS - Wide or Narrow?

Actually I forgot about the side markers  I was talking about the front turn signals at the bottom under the bumper. I guess I would pose the question for both the front and side markers then. I don't really think I'm going to go with the fronts right now but wanted to see if anyone...

1968 Rear LEDS - Wide or Narrow?

I know a few people have replaced their stock tail light bulbs with LEDs. I'm planning on ordering them but I'm curious if people went with wide or narrow and if you're happy with your choice. Also - for the front would you go wide or narrow? My thought is wide in the rear and narrow in...

    . 2010 Carlisle All-Ford Nationals June 4-6

My understanding is that they use the club affiliation you fill out when you pre-register to determine the number of people that have registered for a specific club. This site could qualify but we never get enough members specifying this site as their club affiliation. The Carlisle site has...

    SOLD 68 California Special GT

My guess is that will happen if you put the stripes on parallel to the ground. I believe they should be lower in the rear and go higher toward the front.

    Colorado Event in 2011?

Wow Rob, you're almost as far from Denver as I am! Google Maps says 22 hours for you and just over 24 hours for me. I would have thought you would have been much closer. Looks like my route could take me past a lot of the CS crews towns - through Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois...

    Colorado Event in 2011?

I agree with you Jeff. We have tried that with Carlisle and Knotts, etc The problem is we're so spread out across the country (countries I should say) and so few in number it seems difficult to get more than a handful at one place. We've been doing Carlisle the last 3 years - first year we...
