In the photo of the passenger side, is there a flaw under the rear fender/door gap that looks like a punch mark?

I'm pretty sure they were also fog lights, but will let others say for sure. The lights for sale also have black plastic cases, not chrome. The GT/CS hardware won't work on these lights because the threads are different.

This is a driving light, while California Specials were equipped with fog lights.

Since it's painted $15K seems quite reasonable for a J-code. I don't like what looks like rust under the door hinge, though.

For X-Codes there were 75 GT/CS and 1 HCS, for a total of 76. The total of all S, X, and R codes are 291 GT/CS and 12 HCS for a total of 303. Mike (speedy02) has a complete breakdown of all the production figures by engine.

Are those pop rivets securing the taillight panel?

I don't know of anyone but making them from a '67 grille is quite simple. The trick is sourcing the fog light brackets. Tom, from Delta Bay Mustang, makes them when he has time, or the moon is in a certain phase, or something. He may have a set for sale or he may not.

I love the aged look of the exterior. Are you going to leave it as is?

I'm pretty sure DPT39 was what I used.
