Yep, I agree. To far gone. I can't imagine starting a restoration with a mess like this. The owner apparently had intentions to restore it but now want's to look for something in better shape. Can't disagree with that decision.

As I remember, the beginning of PF Slim's wasn't much better when he started but most of us are not as dedicated and talented as he is. This looks like a 10 year project unless you have about 30-40K laying around to pay someone else to deal with it. I spent 10 years on a '46 Woodie and still didn't get it completed. Sold it to buy my GT/CS so I could enjoy driving it.
