I bought the car when I was 16 loved it drove it for a few years then life got in the way and parked it in my parents garage. Ive attached a picture of where it had been stored. (along with a 67 i just sold) My dad just sold the house so had to move the cars to my company's warehouse.

IMO.... Its like bidding on a car under a car cover. Indoor photos don't do a car justice. Give it a bath and take some pictures outside in natural sunlight. I would also list it as an auction with a much lower starting price and let it bid up to whatever reserve you put on it. Maybe you will have better luck with the high bidder following through on the sale. You have a lot of sentimental value in the car. Good Luck

I understand your dilemma. Having restored a few of these cars, I'd like to offer my 2 cents worth: If I was 5-10 years younger I would consider your car a viable candidate to restore to a 1st class driver. I'd start by checking out the engine (it's been setting for 10 years so an o'haul may be needed). Next, the body, cowls, floors, and frame inspection for any rust issues. If ALL those items checked out OK, I'd be looking at $15K cost with me doing the work myself with the exception of paint/bodywork ($10K). That would put my investment at $40K + shipping + insurance, plus any unforeseen problems. If your car checked out OK, and my estimated costs were accurate, I'd be at the edge of current market value. I believe $20K max to be a more realistic value for your car in its present state. Here are some of the 1st class driver cars I've done over the past 10 years with an average sale price of $40K:
