Arlie I see you have the exhaust manifold off. When you reinstall it do not use a gasket, six cylinders are prone to breaking manifolds when a gasket is used. Ford designed a metal to metal fit so the heat in the manifold can transfer to the head. I clean the head surfaces and plane the manifold. I use a Eastwood brush on ceramic manifold paint and coat everything including the mating surfaces. This help further promote a good seal. Also be sure to torque to spec.
BTW the same is true for V8 engines but they just do not break as easily.
