ADMIN: Free Email and emails to webmaster

Ever since the server issues in March the free email accounts have been screwed up. You can now access them again, but the link has changed:
http://gtcs.mail.everyone.net/email/scripts/loginuser.pl

Also, many of the emails sent to me in that same time period did not get through. So if you emailed me and I haven't responded it's not that I was ignoring you. Please email me again if you didn't hear back.
