Got a few hours Friday afternoon and today in the shop:
- package tray in (note to self, next time install it BEFORE the rear window!)
- rear 1/4 windows in and adjusted, inner 1/4 trim panels on.
- dash pad dyed, installed. Incredibly the two piece trim went on and the screws went in with only one taking some tweaking. 10 mins to put the pad on and in... never had that happen before.
- steering column in
- RH dash trim installed
- Vent windows got new seals, replaced one vent glass, swapped tinted with clear
- Vent frames installed, and "close" but not fully adjusted
- window regulators cleaned, rollers work free, installed
- got the runners off the windows, again amazing as the 3 screws, in my experience weld themselves to the frame. Some quick heat and they pooped out, 10 mins... have spent hours on them before, have had to drill many.
- applied trunk stripe.
- a few other minor odds-and-sods... blasted a few bits, a few spray paint/phosphating jobs...
Getting closer.
