So I’ve been having brake issues on my 68 Mustang GT/CS and it looks like i need to replace all drums - front and rear.
The quote I’m getting is:
FRONT WHEEL CYLINDERS $71.90, DRUMS $209.14, TAX $26.70, LABOR $298.87, TOTAL $606.61
**
REAR WHEEL CYLINDERS $46.90, DRUMS $190.56, TAX $22.56, LABOR $298.87, TOTAL $558.99
So i guess the question i have, does it make sense to just replace the drums and stick with drum brakes all round, or do i go for a disc conversion? For all or maybe just the front?
Thoughts from anyone that’s converted?
