Can't find this VIN in the Registry. Anyone know this car?

I ordered a Marti for it.

I am considering bidding. Is the car from San Diego like the dealer plate frames state? Do not want to compete with a member so let me know.

There seems to be some serious rust on this car. The bottom of one door looks like it's held together with the paint, the other door has a huge rust pocket, and one C-pillar has what the seller calls, "Typical Mustang Rust".
Be sure to check the floors and frame.

I won't be bidding. (Peggy has other plans for me- refurbishing her '57 T-Bird) I was just curious about lack of documentation (Marti Report) and the fact that its not listed in the Registry.
