Okay guys /gals I need some help was driving my.. 1968 mustang GT/CS last night after a while my dash light went off .. and then came back on .. When I applied the brakes it would happen more quickly (off and on)
All of the lights flicker
Please note only the dash cluster and radio lights go off and on all the other lights stay on but flicker

This is what I have replaced.

Motorcrafheadlight switch

Motorcraft voltage regulator
Electronic

Motorcraft starter solenoid

New ground strap from firewall to engine block

New positive and negative battery cables

New alternator harness

New headlight harness

The only thing I haven't replaced is the headlight dimmer switch

Any help would be appreciated

There was a significant thread here about that. Cant seem to find it. Basically poor grounds at the tail lights cause problems with the turn signal switch. Pull the tail lights and check the grounds!
