Ok Thanks Eric. If you want to post a link, you just go to the address bar above and right click on it, then click on "cut". Then when you post your link, right click in the body of the message and click "paste". Thats how you cut and paste. Don taught me how. Its easy.

Hey all,

I know this thread of Art Sahlstein's HCS disguised as a CS is a little dated. But it's kind of intriguing.

So, I was thinking...Is it possible that someone in Colorado (or anywhere within the DSO 51 area) could have ordered a CS from the factory (with the CS badging and script... and NOT the HCS badging) and had it shipped out to DSO 51 (Denver)? I wonder if this would have/could have been "allowed" on an order? If so, Art's got one very rare DSO 51 CS.

Maybe,but more questions.

I kind of doubt it but couldn't say for sure as this car has had at least 3 owners. The Marti report that is posted in My Gallery does say that it is a High Country Special but is that added by Kevin Marti as an assumption as it is a 51 DSO car. Question, Does someone within this group have an original window invoice of a 51 dso car that shows the High Country Special option printed. This would clear this up.

By the way I am in need of a good servicable underdash wiring harness. Thanksagain Art in Texas
