Door Latch

One of the last few things I have to take off my car is the passenger door latch. Does anyone have a secret to breaking these large phillips screws loose?
Another one that won't seem to come loose is the forward most phillips screw at the seal for the door channel on the passenger side.

try using lots of penetrating oil, letting it soak in. If that fails, use an Impact Driver

Penetrating oil didn't work.
I picked an impact driver up at Sears for $24

We used an impact driver. However, some had to be drilled out. If you can get your window out, you can soak it from inside the door. That might help.
