Looking at NPD and WCC and I am not seeing a replacement seal (Seal inside vent that goes around the flap) for the fresh air vent on the driverside. Does anyone know if these are reproduced?

Are you talking about the round foam gasket? Here are a few links, although not with the greatest customer reviews. Maybe there's a better one that's rubber instead of foam, but I couldn't find it.

Mine is so disintegrated that I can't tell if it was originally foam or rubber.

Sorry. I just realized the links I provided above are for the seal between the vent housing and the cowl. Not the smaller ring that goes on the actual flap inside the vent.
