The door ajar light is activated by a switch in each door latch assembly. A VERY rare & hard to find part. The fuel sender has a separate sensor for the low fuel warning. Impossible to find, but years ago I read of a mod that could be made to the original sender unit (that has to be maintained due it having a different connector than standard senders). I had this option on a '68 coupe- ANOTHER one I should never have sold :-(
The E-Bay ad says all gages & lights work. From that I could assume the Convenience lights do also- but I'd sure ask specificly if they do. For someone to install the complete Convenience system + Factory A/C (the heater water control valve is incorrect), they went through a lot of work & expense.
I don't have any particular heartburn with a color change- as long as it is correct for the year/model, and in doing so it just makes good sense to have the door tag match the current configuration. I know 'purists' object to any change from how the car was born, but that's why they make chocolate and vanilla ice cream ;-)
