1968 GT/CS Stripe Kits

Does anyone know if the GT/CS stripe kits being sold now a days are made out of vinyl? Also any tips or diagrams on how to install these stripes would be very helpful.

I don't know about kits, but I can tell you what I had done. My car had all the stripes, but they were getting tired. I had a local fellow who did graphics for used car lots come by and scan the stripes. He then reproduced them using a computer program, came by a few days later and removed the old ones and installed the new. Looks great and if a problem occurs, he can replace a section, rather than getting an entire kit.

Paul Newitt's books show the measurements/dimensions for installing the stripes. I'll look up the supplier I used and send it to you. The kit was perfect and reasonably priced. They can do any color you wish.
