Found this article on the net and found it very interesting. Not only did this individual have millions of dollars in gold coins but, also had a 1968 GT/CS in garage as well. This gentleman evidently passed away in Jun 2012 and when they went to settle his estate that's when the small fortune was found in his garage. Follow the below link. There is a previous thread on this car from a few months ago.

I read in my local paper this morning that the pre auction estimate is $17K. No information on when or where the auction will be, though.
