Thank you all! I had a nice Birthday ... sort of ...
I had to work a 1:00 to 9:00 shift (my normal Thursday evening shift), but the rest of the staff bought me a really nice commercial (bakery) cake, complete with a lit candle and they all came in to my part of the store and sang "Happy Birthday" to me.
Tomorrow night Laurie and I are going out to have a "Birthday" dinner with one of my co-workers at a new East Indian restaurant that just opened down the road from us ... complete with belly dancers!
(I ought to have Birthdays more often ... these can really be fun!)

Dang, I'm late again. Happy Birthday, and don't have to much fun. Nothing more painful than a sharp elbow to the ribs.

Just got back from an awesome East Indian dinner of Butter Chicken, Curry Lamb, and Home Made Cheese with Vegetable Curry, with lots of Nan (sp?) bread to sop up the gravy ...
Every bit as good as expected ... better even!
