1968 New for restoration help

Just bought a 1968 Straight six California Special, My dream car as a kid, at 47 years old ive now got it.
I Live in the UK and ive never done a restoration before, so I will naturally be asking questions that you've all been asked a thousand times, so please be patient with me :smile:
