Looks like a very nice car. Some nice options and a nice color combination. In my mind the engine and tranny combination are very basic to the GT/CS line. That said I am more of a performance guy and many people would be happy with the 289 automatic powertrain. Looks like a professional restoration, but some documentation on how it started before the restoration would be helpful.

I have seen way worse get near the $20k mark. Seems odd that this car did not get bid higher. Might be the time of the year. I find that normally income tax time is a great time to sell toy cars.
