Seriously though ... for the most part I don't think people are intentionally trying to mislead on some of these things. I think it's a case of misinformation the majority of the time.
The person might have purchased is at a swap meet and was told it was from a CS and it just gets passed along. You never know.

Just like to see things represented in the right way for the uninformed consumer.
