Go to "The Source" ...!

Your best bet is to contact Bob T (Mr. HCS!), who has complete rebuild kits for the GT/CS and HCS side scoops, including the proper screws.
We got a pair from him to rebuild our side scoops during the restoration work we did on our car and they are awesome kits at a reasonable price!

Shelby's used a 53039-S2, Tapping Screw, Oval Trim Head, Phillips, Type A (coarser thread than AB), #10-12, 5/16" (.308/.332")OD, 3/4"L. Phosphate and Oil finish.

One could assume the same for rhe CS as the scoop its pretty much the same part, but that is a semi-educated guess.
