stripes

I have a gt/cs that is ready for stripes. can any of you recomend you to get the white stripes from that are quilty?
Also I would like to know if anyone can tell me what the color of the rear panel that houses the tail lites should be? The car is brinty blue. Should it be the same color or whited out?

To be correct the rear panel should be body color.
