Here is a quick and easy way to check for possible suspension issues on Mustangs.
Attached are a couple photos of the suspension from a '68 coupe on eBay. It's a nice looking car but if I were looking to buy it I'd take it to an alignment shop for an inspection & alignment.
Take a look at the driver's side camber adjustment concentric vs the passenger's side. There is no adjustment left on the driver's side. It could just be out of adjustment, but it also could mean the car has been hit in the front or the suspension is shot.
