1968 Tail light bulb sockets

It appears the light bulb sockets are not removable from the housing. Can anyone confirm?

One of my lenses must have had a leak at some point. The sockets on that side are all corroded and rusted.

They should come out it’s part of the harness.

You're right of course. I hadn't thought of that. I put quite a bit of force into one of them and it didn't budge. I didn't want to break it. It's probably the corrosion, so I sprayed some electronic cleaner and will let it sit overnight.

If they are not tight or there is corrosion you will not have a good ground. that is why many ground each socket.
