    . Photo Your Winter Fun

Can't speak to 1968 positively, but my '71 Boss has the VIN stamped there, so it makes sense it'd be in the same location. Steve

    1968 Ignition Circuit

Neil, the resistance wire (16A) only supplies power when the key is in the run position. When the key is in the start position, the starter relay is energized and 12V is provided on wire 262 to the 14401/14290 connector, which puts 12V on wire 16B. When the key is released and the starter relay...

1968 Brake Warning Light rest problem

It sure sounds like you went past the center in the opposite direction. I'd go ahead and loosen the opposite side, and go REAL slow on the pedal. Steve

    1968 Satan Returns

That car, or it's spirit, just seems to follow you around Rob. I think you're in line for an exorcism. Good job helping the poor guy out though. Steve

1968 Inner fender apron PASSENGER SIDE PICS?

Thank you. Mine was rotted out under the battery tray, so I cut it out but left the top strap with the VIN. I cut the top off the new one, butt welded the new piece to the old top strap and then spot welded the remainder of the edges for an "OEM" appearance. Steve

1968 Inner fender apron PASSENGER SIDE PICS?

These are old and taken before I had a decent digital camera, but maybe they'll help. Steve

1968 Vin # on engine block

The last digit of my engine and transmission are off by two numbers from the VIN, but match each other. The car was parked in 1979 with 51,000 miles on it. I'm convinced it's "original" and someone just goofed during assembly. Steve

1966-67 HCS LED replacement for 1157 bulb

It depends on the condition of your headlight switch and wiring. If everything is good, you may get by. If you have resistance in the line or a weak switch, the breaker in it will continually trip and your lights will flash on and off. Best bet is to install a relay near the headlights and use...

    1968 Tips on installing stripes...

The trunk lids don't fit correctly from the factory, and are high on one side, at least that seems to be the consensus. Steve

    1968 paint color White

I'd keep it white as well. Mine is in Arlie's picture #3. White isn't my favorite color (although I now own 2 white mustangs), but wanted to paint it original color. Once it was done, I really liked it. I would also agree it's easier to stay original. Steve
