I have always done my motors in dupli-color 500 degree dark ford blue as i feel this color looks the best. I agree the lid you sent was correct 68 ford blue, but to "me" its too light a ford blue for my taste. Might sound silly but when it comes to aesthetics under the hood I get a little anal...

Neil you were right that air cleaner was top notch! Had to tape off the decal and spray it ford dark in order to match the rest of the assembly but nonetheless thank you so much my friend!

I rolled a mustang once when i was 16. It wasnt a cal (94 gt 5.0) but it did destroy that car (naturally)...How bad is the damage? I cant imagine 10 mph doing much but thats a lot of weight for a roof to support

I believe he does. I know years ago he added one when we were up in steamboat for a mustang show not certain he has added any lately

Cobra package? Also it is a nice paint job but kills me when guys try to "doll up'' the engine to make it look really clean for pictures, but in doing so they have blue overspray all over the (at least in this picture) "cobra valve covers" rad hoses, a/c compressor... tsk tsk and its not even...

i have always been a fan of raven black w/ red interior and matching red stripes (cal or even gt) good looking car even tho there are some flaws (door panels remind me of something off a rice burner and the emblem placement sucks) It looks fairly straight for a black car

I looked on my cal and they're blue as well. Now on my 67 they are a light yellow on both axels
