    . Pictures Of Real Life!

Hey Rob, I got you beat in the "trailer trash" dept. I built a 2' wide shelf across most of my back wall, 8' off the ground, out of 2 x 4's and 3/4" plywood. It's just a single shelf, but it holds all the misc. parts for current and past projects. It's not pretty, but it's stout. Steve

    For Ford Falcon lovers

I've always liked that year of Falcon the most. All the prices seem over the top though. Steve

    Project progress

Thanks guys. There is always more to do. I'm getting ready to put in my 3rd new power steering pump today. It would have been nice to work out all the bugs before putting it away, but that's just the way it goes. Steve

    Project progress

Some of you know I've been working on a '73 Mach 1 as my next project. Let's just say it hasn't gone as smoothly as some of my others, but I finally got to the point where it's licensed and "on the road". I got 10 miles on it before the snow hit. Still a few small things to do and the body shop...

    Almost #1

We were supposed to hit -11 deg yesterday, but it only got down to -10, with the wind blowing creating blizzard conditions. We've got 13" of snow with another 9" on the way before this weekend and the weather warming up into the 20's. Ski resorts open tomorrow! Steve

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

If either of those two ladies was chasing me down, I'd figure the planets were all in alignment and God was smiling on me. I don't see a problem here. To bad we didn't have the switch available when we were all at Tim's last year. I bet we could've found a way to get it installed (extra...

1968 GT/CS Trunk lid: Original vs reproduction: How do they differenciate?

Trying to play catch up again, so I'm late to the question, but the originals have a textured surface on the bottom, like the picture, and the fiberglass has a pinkish color to it, rather than grey. Look up inside the spoiler section of the trunk lid where there isn't any paint and you should...

    Mustang concept car

For those that collect model cars, Hot Wheels now has the 1962 Mustang Concept car. I saw it in Walmart and thought I'd pass it along. Steve

    1968 This Can't be Good!

I AM laughing! I bought new mufflers for the Tiger and could only find one that would fit that wasn't a glass pack. I wanted to look kinda stock (what was I thinking) and there just isn't much room to put something in there. I welded them in, fired up the car-----and was instantly disappointed...

For Sale Gold '68 GT/CS on Craigslist

Figures. I've been gone for a while and just logged in tonight before going to work. Looks like a nice car that went for a steal. Oh well. We can't all be Tim. Steve

Post your car show or race wins here!

A little off topic, but my church puts on a car show for charity every year. I was parking cars and an older guy pulls up in a 71 Mach 1, Q code with ram air---painted Dusty Rose. After he parked, I started talking to him, being a '71-3 fan myself and it turns out he's Lois Emminger's son. She...

1968 Yakima Pony Show next weekend?

Thanks, that's very nice. The one I'm having rebuilt (again) though is the numbers matching small block C-6. All it takes is time and money, right? Steve

1968 Yakima Pony Show next weekend?

I'll have to see. So everyone knows, I haven't been around much lately because of two things. 1: My boss and I had a little disagreement, and I am now working on graveyard. All I do is work, sleep and try and get in a little time working on cars. 2: I've been trying to finish up this Mach 1 I'm...

Congrats! I know what a great feeling that can be. Steve

2011 International Mustang Meet - Spokane

Arlie, I do owe you a ride, so come on up. I'm kind of thinking I need to put on a Grass Valley/Bremerton/Denver type of event for all my buds from the CS site. I don't have the acreage like everyone else though, so I may have to be a little creative. Steve

    GT/CS & HCS Magazine Articles

I'm not sure I like the idea of a magazine telling people how to clone GT's and CS's. There is some wrong info in there also. Good thing we have Kevin Marti. I find it interesting that 11 years later, you could still buy CS specific parts. Go to a dealer now and you can't find stuff for a car 5...

    . Pictures Of Real Life!

Cory, God has a purpose for everything, and maybe this was for the good of your daughter. There is no way to tell how abusive people will react during/after a divorce, and while it will be hard on her to adjust, you'll know she's safe and not have to worry about what might happen. You were doing...
