1968 fake gt/cs for sale in Australia.

When I read the ad, the phrase that came to mind was "plausible deniability". He suggests it's a GT/CS but doesn't come right out and say it, point blank. I had the same thing happen to me on a rare shifter handle, so have learned to look for it. Luckily I only lost $50, but whoever buys this is...

    The Ultimate Road Trip Music

Red Barchetta was always one of my favorites. I bought a USB turntable and have been copying music "in my spare time". I was just thinking the other day that I need to make you that disc I promised so long ago. Steve

    1968 Marti report question

I can only wish that my Elite Marti Report listed that many items. It seems he'll go as deep as he has to to get to a "one of one" car, but won't give more than he has to.

Deb doesn't remember where she bought the shirt, but I found another place online. Here's the link. http://www.stangwear.com/shop/mustang-402.html Steve

    1968 Extra Coolant Port?

If the other sites are like this one, the post would be "This thing failed. Anyone else have a problem?" The number of people who say "Mine's ok" versus the number that say "Mine died too" would give you a fair idea of the percentage, I would imagine. Steve

    1968 High 14s and Low 15s

Back in the late '70's, my buddy's CS with a built up 302/auto was running high 14's, so that sounds about right. The variation in your ET's was probably due to when your car got traction and hooked up, or if you were shifting manually, at what RPM you were shifting. The longer you're spinning...

1968 I bought an old shed!

I would move the kitchen/pantry to the foyer side of the house (lounge area) so when you carry groceries in you don't have to go through much of the house. Put a dining area just past that on the same side. Fill the "old" kitchen area with a bedroom, den, or media room, or two. These would be...

    Seasons Greeting

Thank you, and Merry Christmas to you as well. By the way, I have a shirt that's almost exactly like that. Steve

    . 2011 International Mustang Meet

Amy, how close do you want to be to the meet? All in all, Airway Heights is kind of a rundown area, with just a little new development, so you have kind of spendy or kind of dumpy. Downtown Spokane, which is the next major area with lodging, is like any downtown district, with lots of one-way...

    . 2011 International Mustang Meet

CDA resort is about 6 miles up the road. Templin's http://redlion.rdln.com/HotelLocator/HotelOverview.aspx?metaID=64 is closer. There are several more, depending on your price range, as well. I would be happy to help anyone find something they're comfortable with. Steve

    . 2011 International Mustang Meet

Sept 1-5, the International Mustang Meet will be held in Spokane, Wa., which is just across the border from me. Here's a link to the local club hosting it and info on it. http://www.inlandempiremustangclub.com/ My question for all of you is this: Would you like me to put on a CS get together...

    . Header Gasket Secrets

If we're talking about an actual header, make sure both surfaces are clean, make sure the header isn't warped, use new grade 8 bolts and lockwashers and retorque the bolts after a half hour of run time. If it's the cast iron manifold, all of the above plus I've taken the manifolds to machine...

    1968 Extra Coolant Port?

The thermostat goes between the block and the housing. The port is on the radiator side of the thermostat. This is an acceptable spot for the vac switch for it's intended purpose, which was to increase vacumn to the distributor when the engine started to get hot. More RPM's pulls more air...

    1968 Extra Coolant Port?

Here's my opinions on your questions, for what it's worth. 1) I don't believe there is a second port. The intake blocks the coolant ports on the back of the manifold. You could have the manifold drilled and tapped for another sensor on either side if you wanted. If I had to have a second...
