POLL: Meeting at Carlisle to celebrate the 40th? Please be realistic in your answer.

2 Months to go!! The poll at the top of this thread is probably a bit outdated. I know a few maybe and no votes are now yes votes. I didn't want to start another thread though. Currently I have an unoffical count of 9 1968 GT/CS and HCS cars coming to Carlisle. This includes non-site members...

How many have (or will have) old and new CS?

I admit when the new GT/CS came out I was disappointed that there weren't more cues to the 68 version. But over time it has grown on me too. There have been a number of times I would see one and say what is that? And then realize it was a GT/CS. So if I was in the market for a late model...

    Rear valance opinion..

It would probalby look cool. I would think the exhaust can be routed OK. I'm not sure about the decklid though from the fastback to the coupe. They are different widths. Or could you leave the original deck lid in place and just do the rear panel and valance. I think you need to do the...

    Multiple CS/GT Questions

The hood pins we're talking about are not locks are they? They aren't going to stop someone from opening your hood. The 68 hood pins aren't really locks. Anyone can come along and turn them and open the hood. Are we talking a different style? I've seen the type where you can put locks on the...

    The "other" registry

I know we had a thread on this before but can't locate it. It looks like they revamped the "other registry" site and are trying to resurrect it again. They're working hard to put a database of late models together. Registry http://home.comcast.net/~bztz4m1/index.htm Forum...
