    Gotta be the worst!...

In my work I see a lot of poorly done remodeling. We call it remuddeling. That car has been remuddeled!! A hole lot of work for nothing.

    1968 Power Steering Hose Routing

Rob, These pictures are of our 67 GTA that used the 1/4 fitting too. Many of the 68s used a rubber strap to pull the hose back to the shock tower. I have never had any luck with the auto parts store hoses. Maybe R&R Classics can help you. If not NPDs stuff is not too bad. If you want the best I...

First make sure that all #s match, title, door tag, buck tag and fender apron. Also make sure that has the equiptment and colors described on the door tag. You might want to buy a Marti report just to be sure. Make sure door margins are even. If not that is a sure sign that the inner rockers are...

1968 Bought the Elusive One: Pebble Beige GT/CS!!

I bought a 67 convertible last year that is frost turquoise and a spring time sprint. When I first got it I thought it was ugly and thought I would sell it. After having it for a while I pulled off some of the old undercoating and saw what the looked like when it was new and I kind of like it...

    Non-GT 390 4V Coupe

I am pretty sure that there were no 2BL V8s in 68 but in light of the information you profided that all 390s had to be GTs mid year now I am not so sure. Johnnie Quest's car is a X code but I do not know if it was a GT. I'll have to see if I can find his Marti report. Marty

    Non-GT 390 4V Coupe

There are so many little bits of information to remember. During that time Ford was in overdrive and the changes flew. I thought it was interesting that in 1967 all V8's were considered for the GT option. All GTs got dics brakes. Only the K and S codes got dual exhaust. In 1968 only J,S and...

    Non-GT 390 4V Coupe

Terry where did find that information that Ford made the GT oprion manditory with the S code 390? Looked at a 68 non GT X code fastback last week that didn't have disc brakes. Yes that is one of dad's favorite cars. Marty
