Jason, I don't know about the air, never thought to turn it on. There is a lot of some kind of fluid coating the bottom of the engine and the steering but no drips. My 1st guess about leaks on a PS car is power steering fluid.

I read on a radiator supplier's site that only water-based or lacquer paints should be used on radiators. The site said that enamels should never, never, never be used. It's like wrapping the radiator in a plastic bag.
