Exactly what my car does. Bulbs work fine all the time but the LEDs won't work with the engine running. When I pulled the alternator belt they worked.

Exactly what happens on my car!!!!!!! I think it must have something to do with the amount of juice the alternator puts out, then the chips in the lights shut them down for some reason. I went back to bulbs. Then had my shop add the relays to brighten them.
