This is the main reason why I sell most of my cars to dealers. I don't mind making back less on the car so I don't have to deal with the BS. Dealers usually won't mess around and it's a pass or play type of thing.

It is rare that the r is missing but does happen. Scott Fuller could fill us in on the details of that as I'm sure he is more familiar with it than I am. Can't say I remember S's being blank but I'm sure it's possible.
