In the "olden days" the exhaust thermal tube to the carb choke was called a "choke stove". I have opted for Edelbrock, electric choke carbs as replacements. I removed the tube completely and just plugged the hole in the exhaust manifold. The +12 volts for the electric choke can be wired from...

I couldn't find any fore & aft measurement for the side scoop decal placement, but logic to me would be to center the GT/CS nomenclature. That's the way I did mine. Neil

Looks like a LOT of sheetmetal has been replaced: Floorpans, rear 1/4's (no side scoops, no reflectors), hood. What else, and how well was it done? Marti Report? VIN? Lotsa questions on this one. Neil
